How much will my repair cost?+
£78 fixed labour for all appliances, except dishwashers, range cookers, fridges, freezers and fridge freezers at £90. Parts are additional only if needed and are always quoted before we fit them.
Do you charge extra for a return visit?+
No. If a return visit is needed there is no extra labour charge — the fixed fee covers the job.
How quickly can an engineer come?+
Standard bookings are usually within a couple of days. Same-day or next-day priority adds £25, and emergency call-outs add £45 for an engineer within four hours where possible.
What does the one year guarantee cover?+
Parts we supply and the labour we carry out are covered for twelve months. If the same fault returns, we come back at no additional labour cost.
Are you able to repair the appliance on the first visit?+
Most jobs are completed on the first visit because our engineers carry common parts. Where a specific part is needed, we quote it and book a return visit.
